Shipping Policy
- We ship via UPS Ground.
- The shipping charge for all orders is a flat fee of $6.00.
- Multiple shipping addresses are charged in multiples of $6.00.
- Orders will be processed within 48 hours.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping within the U.S.
- For faster service, we ship Fed-Ex standard overnight and UPS Next Day Air.
- At this time, Under the Nile only ship to addresses in the U.S.
- Shipping charge for Alaska and Hawaii is a $40 flat rate via UPS standard.
Gift Certificates Policy
- Gift card code is the 16 digit 'case sensitive' code sent in your gift certificate.
- Gift card amount should be used completely in a single transaction.
